Sin omitir que el servicio de internet no es de los mejores que hay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te desisntalan el equipo de la antena sin ni siquiera pedir permiso para entrar al domicilio no llaman para decir que irán al domicilio, quieren que pagues mensualidades de internet cuando ni siquiera lo has estado ocupando, aparte qué el internet es pésimo no cargan los videos se traban dicen ofrecer 10mb por más dinero pero es lo mismo que 5mb funciona igual se aprovechan por en ciertos sectores no entran internet bueno como lo es "telmex" o "izzi" pésimo servicio hoy mismo lo di de baja aparte en la recepción te atienden pésimo solo quieren dinero aún por ya no querer el servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo 4 años con el internet, y no había tenido problemas hasta hoy tengo dos días sin internet no me contestaban y hoy que me respondió la señorita muy déspota, jamás me habían dicho que el pago es el 26 de cada mes todo el tiempo pague 29 o 30 y hoy me dice que me lo cortaron por falta de pago y que son $50 pesos de recargo, no es mucho,pero que me reconectarian hasta el martes o miércoles cuando no es mi culpa ?
