I would give them zero stars if possible! This company is highly untrustworthy! They tell you what they think you want to hear and not the truth. The turnover of teachers is atrocious -- and now I know why (it is how they treat people). I worked with the company for several months teaching English online and in SLP, MX. Teachers are not provided with a current curriculum as "promised." The materials that are available are extremely dated (i.e., 2008 election information when there is a 2016 election in process). Teachers spend a lot of time updating the presentations without pay (you are only paid for the actual teaching hours - no prep). The pay is pathetically low compared to the market . Many corners were cut in processing the FM3 visa for immigration with inaccurate (and sometimes false) information. For example, required documents were not notarized as required and the residential address listed does not exist! So when I try to update my information as required by Mexican law, I experience significant delays because of their use of false information. I was never registered in the tax system nor medical insurance system as required by law (I found this out only after I left). When I gave my notice and left the company, I was denied my final pay (even two months later, I have yet to receive this final pay!!!!). The company doesn't care - they do not even respond to an attorney acting on my behalf. If you are planning on teaching abroad, I DO NOT recommend this company!
