★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me vendieron una licencia para office 2013 y Windows 10, fue el dìa 11/09/2018, hoy es 14/09/2018 sigo sin poder instalar y brillan por su ausencia.
** Actualización**
Ya me hicieron el reemplazo de la licencia de Office (15/09/2018), hoy 18/09/2018 vuelven a brillar por su ausencia, a tomar en cuenta que cuando surgen conflictos la hacen cansadísima, entiendo que deben seguir un proceso, pero uno no puede estar sujeto a su disponibilidad y sobre todo, que claramente en su página tiene horarios que no respetan porque es imposible localizarlos antes de las 11am , eso habla de un pobre seguimiento de casos particulares. Hasta este momento, les puedo decir que si les toca la fortuna de que las licencias corran sin problemas opinarán maravillas, si por el contrario tienen problemas se darán cuenta que deficiencias tiene muchas.
They sold me a license for office 2013 and Windows 10, it was on 09/11/2018, today is 09/14/2018 I still can't install and they are conspicuous by their absence.

They already replaced the Office license (09/15/2018), today 09/18/2018 they shine again by their absence, to take into account that when conflicts arise they make it very tiring, I understand that they must follow a process, but one cannot be subject to their availability and above all, that clearly on their page they have schedules that they do not respect because it is impossible to locate them before 11am, that speaks of a poor follow-up of particular cases. Until now, I can tell you that if they happen to be lucky enough that the licenses run without problems they will think wonders, if on the contrary they have problems they will realize that it has many deficiencies.
