Without doubt one of the best restaurants in Puebla. Well worth a detour. The atmosphere and décor is fantastic. Open kitchen where you can see the chef and his crew in action. Original and well chosen wine list. The menu is eclectic and shows a well travelled Chef. Creative dishes, well executed. In my opinion portions are too big for fine dining. All was delicious and the star was the chocolate dessert. I have to mention the spotless bathroom and Mexican artisan lavander hand soap. Fantastic service too from Gerardo and his colleagues. Anyway stop reading and book a table. You won't be disappointed.

Intro provides a culinary experience of international level. The dishes offer a fusion of ingredients and flavors that are both savory and rare to find in the restaurant scene in Puebla. The service is good and friendly. And the overall value is outstanding for the quality of the cuisine. Absolutely recommended!

If you haven’t seen Netflix’s The Final Table series, see at least one episode before visiting this restaurant. Angel Vazquez didn’t win, but he did win everyone’s hearts and minds with his skills, smile, and demeanor. Intro is his restaurant in Puebla city in Mexico, near one of the world’s best museums (Museo del Barroca). It’s fitting that his restaurant—one of the best in the world for seafood—would be near a world-class museum. From the opening complimentary appetizer, a miniature-sized bread with a spread that tastes like sweet potato but somehow is made of something else—I was hooked. I didn’t know yet I was going to have one of the best meals of my life—I just knew my mouth was in love from the first bite. The second plate looked ripe for criticism—a small piece of salmon on a peppered cracker—but once again, my mouth was in love. My grilled oysters with a kind of buttery sauce were the highlight. The restaurant offers a variety of cuisine, including meat, but I can’t see how any dish could top this one. I’ll be dreaming about Intro’s oysters for weeks to come. My ceviche was good and much larger than expected. My risotto with quinoa was also lovely, a unique twist on a usually prosaic choice. You should spend more than one day in Puebla, but if your time is limited, you won’t find a better experience than visiting the Baroque Museum then dining at Intro. Provecho a todos.

Loved loved the pulpo! One of the more refined restaurants in Puebla in terms of food quality, presentation and selections on menu. Staff friendly, attentive in a modern chic setting.

Awesome restaurant! Loved their menu, the sea bass was super tasty, so were the appetizers (beet salad and fried asparagus). Their complimentary mini appetizer with octopus and risotto was also great. Their wine selection is very wise. Loved their cocktail drinks as well. Their dulce de leche molten cake is to die for! The venue is cozy, nice, not loud at all, you can either sit inside the salon or at the terraces. The service is perfect! Polite, friendly, and not pushy at all. It is also fast. Loved the fact that you can park by yourself at the plaza parking lot. A great option and a must when in Puebla!

In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Puebla. The food is amazing, the drinks are great, the staff is very friendly and they provide wonderful service. This restaurant is just perfect
