el peor call center en Mexico en la sucursal de Tijuana nos despidieron injustificadamente a mi y a 8 personas de una campaña y claro que demande talvez antes eran mejores como empresa, pero ahora no les importa el mantenerte como empleado apesar de que nunca llegues tarde o faltes no les importa asi que aguas con laborar alli .

It´s a great place to work!!!

Quite shady in their management. You´re requested to sign a resignation letter before you given the job. In case your not obedient they will use that to justify them firing you. They don´t want worker, the need slaves.

It's a good place to work. I can not say the best and not even close to being stress free! It does have it + and - but over all it is a good place to work. From.my experience what I loved about Intugo is the Virgin Store and prices given to top performers. That to me is a big plus since it is very easy to get the prices and to get the virtual money in order to use on the store. What I did not like about Intugo is that, if you get transferred to another campaign and are not satisfied instead of helping you out to either move back to the campaign you originally started at it will not happen unless you wait until the peak seasons are over for the campaign you were transferred to. That to me was a big negative on the HR department, and also the other negative is that supervisors and OM's do is change their minds constantly on a technique they want us to work on for that day. Also their rehiring process really sucks and takes for ever to make a decision and even provide you with an answer of yes or no!! Other than those 3 negatives it is a good place to work.

Not a great experience, management and HR aren’t helpful, they are quite shady when trying to quit. Constant changes on supervisors that might affect your schedule— and your paycheck... not that recommendable if you’re a student and look for an easy part time job. It’s an easy job, but tiring work schedules.
