★ ★ ★ ★ ★ es un servicio muy bueno, tienen atención personalizada vía WhatsApp y te entregan en un lapso de 30 días te brindan numero de guía para que puedas rastrear tu paquete, aquí juega un papel muy importante la paquetería ya que por sus tiempos de entrega y sus políticas si no recibes tu mercancía solo lo mantienen 5 días en sus almacenes después lo devuelven a la empresa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, para vender insisten y son atentos, cuando ya canjes tu vale, nadie te da respuesta, tienen un teléfono que nunca contestan, llevo 5 meses y no me dan solución ni fecha de entrega, dicen que pasan a gerencia tu reporte y jamás puedes darle seguimiento. PÉSIMO SERVICIO y ahora que comparo precios es demasiado caro con ellos.
Terrible service, to sell they insist and are attentive, when you exchange your voucher, nobody gives you an answer, they have a phone that they never answer, I have been 5 months and they do not give me a solution or delivery date, they say that they pass your report to management and never you can follow up. AWFUL SERVICE and now that I compare prices it is too expensive with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son buenos para llamado cada rato para activar y realizar las compras de los productos que están en almacén disponibles y ya cuando hacen cargo a la tarjeta de Hipoteca Verde, va saliendo que te tienes que esperar 20 días hábiles para ver si hay en existencia el producto y otros 20 día para entregar. Es fecha que no tengo llamada ni responden para saber mi entrega

Y se atreven a decir esto: "Atención personalizada, entrega en 28 días naturales ¡buscamos la mejor opción para ti"
