Llevo un mes y medio esperando mis productos y aún no nos dan fecha de entrega , cuando llamamos por teléfono no nos dan ninguna solución y además de groseros nos cuelgan el teléfono !
Nadie nos da solución

I have been waiting for a month and a half for my products and they still do not give us a delivery date, when we call by phone they do not give us any solution and besides being rude they hang up the phone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la venta muy insistente incluso cuando se les diga que se está analizando, NO CUMPLEN con el tiempo de entrega y nadie te da solución, te cuelgan el teléfono o dicen que están fuera de oficina y si logras contactarlos solo te ofrecen una disculpa. HORRIBLE SERVICIO
Terrible service, the sale is very insistent even when they are told that it is being analyzed, they DO NOT MEET the delivery time and no one gives you a solution, they hang up the phone or say they are out of office and if you manage to contact them they only offer you an apology . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tengo casi 1 año esperando la instalación de mi calentador solar, no contestan los teléfonos y cuando contestan ni dan solucion únicamente te dan un folio y te dan largas para la instalación.
Muy inconforme.
Terrible service, I have been waiting for almost 1 year for the installation of my solar heater, they do not answer the phones and when they answer or give a solution, they only give you a sheet of paper and give you a long time for the installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, pésimo, de verdad tienen una terrible atención al cliente, son muy buenos para vender y hasta te hablan mas de 3 personas sintiéndote atendido, una vez que entregan, porque a parte fueron tardados en el ultimo pedido, tengo mas de 3 meses solicitando revisión de mi calentador solar, que desde el día 1 no funciono, nadie contesta los teléfonos de la pagina, con lo que trataste durante la venta, correos, nadie!!
La vendedora Esmeralda Molar, ni siquiera contesta los mensajes cuando solicite apoyo, pero cuando tenia dudas antes de mi compra, en un segundo contestaba!! pésima vendedora!!
Waldo Gómez, igual, antes de completar la compra muy amables y ahora para apoyo, piden comunicarse a atención a clientes y jamás contestan.
No compren o cambien con ellos su vale!!!!
Terrible, terrible, they really have terrible customer service, they are very good at selling and even more than 3 people speak to you, feeling you are being cared for, once they deliver, because they were delayed in the last order, I have more than 3 months requesting review of my solar heater, that from day 1 did not work, nobody answers the phones on the page, with what you dealt with during the sale, emails, nobody!
The seller Esmeralda Molar, does not even answer the messages when I request support, but when I had questions before my purchase, in a second she answered! lousy saleswoman !!
Waldo Gómez, likewise, before completing the purchase very kind and now for support, they ask to communicate with customer service and they never answer.
Do not buy or exchange your voucher with them !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy pesimo servicio. Estoy muy molesto, mas de 6 meses esperando mis paneles solares y aun no me los instalan, solo me dan largas y pretextos. Pero al momento de vender eso si, muy amables y con mentiras te dicen que tu producto llegara en 20 días habiles. NO RECOMIENDO ESTA EMPRESA
