Tienen mucho personal pero pareciera que no les importa tener a la gente esperando y finalmente te ponen pretextos para alargar tu trámite. Parece oficina de gobierno y es mala la comparación porque muchas oficinas ya han mejorado por mucho.
Deplorable service. They have a ticket system that they do not respect.
