★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo servicio, no contestan el teléfono y te dan el mentado tríptico para llamar al Afore, llevó más de 1 mes y no me devuelven mi Afore. Lástima que ya durante el último año no me cambié porque quería tener mis estados de cuenta cuatrimestral. Si son inteligentes cambiense, ya que sus oficinas (matriz) se encuentra en Monterrey y peleasela!
 Bad service, they do not answer the phone and they give you the mentioned triptych to call the Afore, it took more than 1 month and they do not return my Afore. Too bad for the last year I did not change because I wanted to have my quarterly statements. If you are smart, change, since your offices (headquarters) are in Monterrey and fight it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui a esta sucursal, me atendió la señorita Samantha, siempre fue amable, objetiva y solo que el tramitae lleva un poco de tiempo.
Y es por eso que tratan un poco pero nunca groseros, muy buen trato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención hay una srita que te deja hablando y no les importa que tu dinero esté con ellos, de ahí sale su sueldo les recomiendo cambiar de afore como yo pesima atención por parte de todos, parece que les molesta su trabajo

Muy mala experiencia.
Como consejo eviten esta Afore .
Es pésima.

- El personal es muy limitado por lo que el tiempo de los trámites puede variar de los 15 minutos a la hora y media.

- The staff is very limited so the time of the procedures can vary from 15 minutes to an hour and a half.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno... Después de varios intentos por retirar parte de los recursos de Infonavit y ayuda por desempleo.puedo dar mi opinión con conocimiento de causa!! El personal que en ésa sucursal "labora" no tiene la menor empatía por la gente que tenemos necesidad de acercarnos para que se nos oriente, ya ni mecionar que no son nada resolutivos. Pareciera que le estamos pidiendo un favor y siempre hay alguna traba según ellos. Burocráticos, faltos de tacto. En fin. Es lo que hay. Y es con lo que tenemos que lidiar. Tristemente!!sigo esperando su respuesta. NO HAGA CITA, NOSOTROS LE LLAMAMOS.
Well ... After several attempts to withdraw part of the Infonavit resources and unemployment assistance, I can give my opinion with knowledge of the facts! The staff who "work" in that branch do not have the slightest empathy for the people we need to approach for guidance, and not even mention that they are not decisive at all. It seems that we are asking a favor and there is always some obstacle according to them. Bureaucratic, tactless. Anyway. It is what it is. And it's what we have to deal with. Sadly !! I'm still waiting for your answer. DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, WE WILL CALL YOU.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor afore que eh tenido son una basura haces un trámite y te traen vuelta tras vuelta y a la mera hora te lo niegan siempre excusándose con su sistema y x línea ni si kiera son para revisar los trámites solo te llega la negativa y te comentan xq no la vio la administración lo peor de lo peor
