Esperó puedan apoyarme o brindarme una respuesta al respecto de mi caso, ya que no he podido realizar el trámite de apoyo por desempleo desde hace varias semanas los ejecutivos telefónicose dicen una y otra cosa e insisten en que se pide el certificado ante el IMMS pero esta ultima vez argumentaron que no era posible ya que mis recursos no están en su administradora. Entonces ¿Donde están mis recursos? A donde tengo que ir para realizar mi tramite la verdad estoy muy decepcionado por su servicio y por supuesto que no cuentan con mi recomendación en otras ocasiones familiares y amigos en otras compañías obtuvieron su apoyo tan solo a algunos días de solicitarlo me siento engañado y estafado por su pésima atención ya que. De verdad que pena que con una expansión tan grande como la que están teniendo no sean competitivos en servicio, en fin se nota la poca experiencia que tienen en todas recalco TODAS las áreas de su mercado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, bien déspota la mujer que atendió a mi esposa y dijo que no tenía sistema y le dio la cita dentro de una semana y hasta sendero san nicolás, va a tener que cruzar toda el área metropolitana ya que no se la quiso dar en esta sucursal... tan pésimo servicio que ni merecen calificación... reprobados.
