★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos días llevé a mi mascota debido a que no podía mover sus patas traseras y presenta mucho dolor, me pidieron autorización para anestesiarla y a realizarle unas radiografías… el dictamen final fue que tenía que dormirla, argumentando que los daños eran severos y que habían tenido otras mascotas con condiciones similares y no habían podido salvarlas. Al final me retire pagando 8 mil pesos en un diagnóstico que fue en menos de 2 horas… busque una segunda opinión pero ahora con un especialista y el diagnóstico no se acercaba en nada a lo diagnosticado originalmente, incluso las medicinas suministradas no estaban orientadas a las dolencias de mi mascota. Para nada recomiendo esta veterinaria y a sus doctores, pues sin tener bases sólidas dan diagnósticos fatalistas y te proponen dormir a tu mascota.
A few days ago I took my pet because he couldn't move his hind legs and he's in a lot of pain, they asked me for permission to anesthetize him and take some X-rays... the final opinion was that I had to put him to sleep, arguing that the damage was severe and that they had had other pets with similar conditions and had not been able to save them. In the end I retired paying 8 thousand pesos for a diagnosis that took less than 2 hours... I sought a second opinion but now with a specialist and the diagnosis was nothing close to what was originally diagnosed, even the medicines provided were not aimed at the ailments of my pet. I do not recommend this veterinarian and her doctors at all, because without having solid foundations they give fatalistic diagnoses and suggest you put your pet to sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen trato del veterinario, pero PÉSIMO Y HORRIBLE SERVICIO DE LA ESTÉTICA MÓVIL. va un jóven que trata muy mal a los perros lastimo a mi perrita y cuando la llevo al veterinario ahora se hace pipí de miedo, no sé que le haría pero me siento muy culpable de no estar al pendiente de ella. NO CONTRATEN LA ESTÉTICA MÓVIL NUNCA.
Good treatment from the vet, but AWFUL AND HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE MOBILE AESTHETICS. There is a young man who treats dogs very badly, he hurt my dog and when I take her to the vet now she pees from fear, I don't know what I would do to her but I feel very guilty for not being aware of her. DO NOT CONTRACT MOBILE AESTHETICS EVER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar con relativamente buena atención y disponibilidad las 24 horas, sin embargo, no lo recomiendo, llevé a mi perro por una emergencia y encontraron más problemas que al final resultaron, según ellos, ser peores, al inicio me indicaban que tenía que estar un mínimo de tres días hospitalizado, pero no me explicaban su estado y si iba evolucionando o no con los medicamentos que estaban suministrando, poniendo como excusa que tenían que esperar los resultados de los estudios. Ellos mismos no se comunicaban y cada doctor me decía cosas diferentes, bastante graves algunos, llegando a pensar que no había esperanza para mi mascota, obviamente recomendando una estadía más larga y más estudios, lucrando con el dolor de la mascota y de nosotros.
Al final, decidí sacarlo de ahí por tantas inconsistencias, solicitando los estudios realizados y toda la información del caso para poder tener el historial, el cual quedaron de enviarlo por correo más tarde, tuve que hablar varias veces para que enviaran la información, lo peor fue que me enviaron capturas del monitor de un ultrasonido (el cual se supone lo habían realizado y sin mi autorización) del año pasado y que obviamente no era de mi mascota. Pedí un resumen para saber qué medicinas, frecuencia de suministro y resultados se habían obtenido, no me lo quisieron dar porque implicaba costo extra, sin importar que estuvo hospitalizado dos días allí y los costos eran bastante altos.
Al final, me entregaron a mi mascota deshidratada, sucia y sin quitarle siquiera las cintas que tenía para sujetar la intravenosa que le colocaron. Prácticamente me lo entregaron igual o incluso peor. Piensen dos veces en llevar a sus mascotas a este lugar porque no es nada confiable.

They themselves did not communicate and each doctor told me different things, some quite serious, even thinking that there was no hope for my pet, obviously recommending a longer stay and more studies, profiting from the pain of the pet and of us.
In the end, I decided to get it out of there due to so many inconsistencies, requesting the studies carried out and all the information on the case in order to have the history, which they left to send by mail later, I had to speak several times so that they would send the information, the worst was that they sent me screenshots of an ultrasound monitor (which was supposed to have been done and without my authorization) from last year and that obviously was not from my pet. I asked for a summary to know what medicines, supply frequency and results had been obtained, they did not want to give it to me because it implied extra cost, regardless of the fact that he was hospitalized there for two days and the costs were quite high.
In the end, they gave me my pet dehydrated, dirty and without even removing the tapes that he had to hold the intravenous that was placed. It was practically delivered to me the same or even worse. Think twice about taking your pets to this place because it is not reliable at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio. Al principio tenía mis dudas por los malos comentarios que tienen, y realmente en Toluca no hay muchas opciones. El Dr Guillermo atendió a mi perro, chihuahua de 15 años con mucho cuidado y atenciones. El diagnóstico fue acertado y los días que estuvo hospitalizado me permitieron ir de visita y te mantienen al tanto de cómo está tu mascota.
Tienen todos los aparatos necesarios para hacer estudios de imagen y de laboratorio.
Excellent service. At first I had my doubts because of the bad comments they have, and really in Toluca there are not many options. Dr. Guillermo treated my dog, a 15-year-old chihuahua, with great care and attention. The diagnosis was correct and the days he was hospitalized they allowed me to visit and keep you up to date on how your pet is doing.
They have all the necessary equipment to perform imaging and laboratory studies.
