★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo en todo sentido. nunca active una tarjeta y de pronto ya debia dinero, hable a invex y me dijeron que con mis puntis se habia pagado los meses anteriores. Aparte el acoso telefonico. La cancelacion un super problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quien lea este comentario le recomiendo no contratar los servicios de este banco o cancelar inmediatamente. sin autorización te hacen cargos indebidos de servicios que nunca solicitaste, hable para cancelar y solo me dieron atole con el dedo. me siguen haciendo los cargos y se niegan a reembolsar dichos cargos. solo te dicen que lo lamentan pero que no esta en sus manos.
Whoever reads this comment, I recommend not to hire the services of this bank or to cancel immediately. Without authorization they make you undue charges for services that you never requested, I spoke to cancel and they only gave me atole with the finger. they continue to charge me and refuse to refund the charges. they only tell you that they are sorry but that it is not in their hands.

Una estafa esta tarjeta no le saquen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo casi 2 meses solicitando la cancelación de mi tarjeta, en el numero de teléfono no contestan, por email, les envié los datos que te solicitan y no hay respuesta. Ahhh pero eso si siguen cobrando cada mes una cantidad no se porque concepto, porque yo la liquide totalmente y no la uso y vuelvo a pagar esa cantidad para que no haya pretexto de que no esta liquidada. También me enviaron a mi casa el nuevo plástico, cuando ya había solicitado la cancelación.
Es una tarjeta, mala cara y pésima atención a clientes. Una terrorífica experiencia tener su tarjeta
I have almost 2 months requesting the cancellation of my card, they do not answer the phone number, by email, I sent them the information they request and there is no response. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me llaman muchas veces al día, porque la persona que solicito un crédito con ellos dio mi teléfono. Les explico amablemente que no el número es equivocado y siguen llamando hasta el cansancio. He bloqueado los números pero ahí siguen.
Infórmense bien antes de aceptar datos equivocados.
They call me many times a day, because the person who applied for a loan with them gave my phone number. I kindly explain to them that the number is not wrong and they keep calling until exhaustion. I have blocked the numbers but they are still there.
Be well informed before accepting wrong data.
