Es un banco horrible, nunca contraten la tarjeta. Son unos ladrones y no te resuelven nada, buscan excusa para cobrarte cualquier cosa.

Nunca saquen la tarjeta volares invex. Te marcan todo el día. En mi caso nunca active la tarjeta y me estaban cobrando un cargo. No se dejen engañar.

Pesimo servicio, se realizó pago de tarjeta, se solicitó aclaración y después de 30 días por un "error de dedo" de quien capturaba la información se tuvo que levantar una segunda aclaración, otros 30 días y hasta el momento sin solución, se pasan la bolita entre ellos, el correo de uneap@invex nunca da respuesta, pésimo banco, nunca soliciten tarjeta de ellos.
Terrible service, card payment was made, clarification was requested and after 30 days due to a "finger error" of the person capturing the information, a second clarification had to be raised, another 30 days and so far without a solution, the little ball between them, the email from uneap@invex never gives an answer, lousy bank, they never request a card from them.

cancelé la tarjeta el 21 de febrero del 2022, a los 4 días me llegó un pago por un seguro dental que nunca contraté, además de que la tarjeta ya estaba "cancelada", me dieron un de folio de cancelación y posterior una de reclamo por cargo no reconocido, me dijeron que tenía que esperar 30 días para que todo se solucionara, y que no me preocupara por el pago del corte, ya que con el folio de la denuncia no iba a proceder, a los 30 días me llega el cobro por no pagar en la fecha de corte, hablé por teléfono y me dijeron que tenían que meter otro reclamo y esperar otros 30 días, a los 30 días lo mismo. hoy 23 de mayo, el banco no ha hecho nada y sigue dando las mismas justificaciones, no quieren cancelar la tarjeta y me siguen cobrando pagos vencidos. Ya he realizado mi queja ante la CONDUSEF, pero también dan largas. NO CONTRATEN TARJETAS CON EL BANCO INVEX, CHEQUEN LOS FRAUDES POR INTERNET Y VERÁN LA CANTIDAD DE QUEJAS QUE TIENEN. SE ESPECIALIZAN EN COMETER FRAUDES A SUS TARJETAHABIENTES.

Today May 23, the bank has not done anything and continues to give the same justifications, they do not want to cancel the card and they continue to charge me overdue payments. I have already made my complaint to the CONDUSEF, but they also drag on. DO NOT CONTRACT CARDS WITH THE INVEX BANK, CHECK THE FRAUD ON THE INTERNET AND YOU WILL SEE THE AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS THEY HAVE. THEY SPECIALIZE IN COMMITTING FRAUD TO THEIR CARDHOLDER.
