Antes uno podía comprar el mínimo de créditos por un año, pero ahora ya no se puede, y no me conviene más, porque me sale muy caro para dos facturas por mes. Es una lástima que hayan quitado esa opción.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio.nunca contestan ni telefónicamente ni por correo. desactivaron el chat. el programa con mil errores. no se pueden enviar CFDI ni cancelar. no lo recomiendo. definitivamente cambiare de proveedor. no merece ni una estrella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ llevo 1 hora 40 minutos esperando me atiendan en soporte técnico , y desde hace media hora me dice que mi llamada es la numero 1 de la cola y nada , la nueva version3.3 cambio la configuracion de mis facturas y dice mi contadora que eso lo tengo que checar con mi provedor directamente
