Llame el miércoles 4 de agosto solicitando información, y me dijeron que me la enviarían por WhatsApp. Ese mismo día escribí por WhatsApp para confirmar que ese era mi número, para recibir dicha información. Me dijeron que me la enviarían, y hasta el día de hoy, solo me dejan en visto. Me dirigí al local, y resulta que está cerrado. Es patético. El último mensaje es del día de hoy, doce de agosto.
 Terrible customer service. I called on Wednesday August 4 requesting information, and they told me they would send it to me by WhatsApp. That same day I wrote on WhatsApp to confirm that that was my number, to receive said information. They told me they would send it to me, and to this day, they only let me see it. I went to the place, and it turns out it's closed. It's pathetic. The last message is from today, August 12.
