Hace 4 meses compre por ultima vez en esta tienda pensaba en regresar pero , leyendo las reseñas y comentarios me percato de que el servicio sigue igual de pésimo, en aquella ocasion al igual que a la chica Romina Rodriguez que recién los reseño, estar en la tienda fue un caos pero fue pasable , pero la actitud del tipo que entrega la mercancía si te hace pensar que tipo de personas trabajan en ese lugar , aparte de altanero y pedante ,sale masticando alimento, le pase mi queja al señor de la puerta expresando mis inconformidades me dio mi credencial y me retire , ahora leyendo las reseñas me doy cuenta de que no cambio nada en estos meses y que mi queja si llego, no se le tomo atención me intriga el que ,el propietario dice que esta poniendo cartas en el asunto , tal vez solo lo dice por decir pero creo que no es justo para las personas que compramos en su establecimiento , espero y resuelvan este tipo de problemas ,por que sus productos son de excelente calidad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dos puntos que deben de tomar en cuenta si van a comprar algo, primero en tienda , tengan paciencia ya que el señor que atiende se tarda demasiado para unos pares de calzado y unas fajas casi 1 hora y solo pone excusas como que el sistema falla o esta llamando por teléfono y el segundo punto que me parece peor es el pésimo servicio de parte del chico que entrega la mercancía en la plata baja, tiene unos tatuajes en los brazos para que lo ubiquen , con una actitud nefasta casi me avienta las cosas le hago una pregunta sobre las botas y solo me dice no se firme aquí se da la media vuelta y se va, enserio pesimoo y nada recomendable este lugar espero hagan algo para mejorar.

Concuerdo con las reseñas negativas sobre este lugar , me pasa lo mismo cada que me entregan la mercancía puntos en contra .

Otro punto que quiero comentar es la clara diferencia que existe en este establecimiento y su otra sucursal (Vallejo ) que por cierto califique y recomendé por qué es abismal la diferencia desde que te abren la puerta hasta cuando te entregan la mercancía , bien amarrada , embolsada te ayudan
Deberían de tomar como referencia su servicio para tomarlo de ejemplo creo que pueden mejorar...
