★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé una MacBook a que le repararan una tecla, y me cotizaron el reemplazo del teclado entero (muy caro), dejé mi computadora, y al segundo día me marcaron diciendo que pidieron la refacción incorrecta, y que debería esperar mínimo 15 días más, lo cuál resultó ser un mes. Cuando me la entregaron, me dijeron que por fallas fuera de su control, dejó de funcionar el touchbar, y que debería pagar otra reparación de teclado, touchbar y batería, prometiendo que sólo pagaría la diferencia de costos.
Esa pieza tomó otro mes en llegar, y cuando fui al local, negaron haber mencionado el cambio de las 3 piezas, cuando ya me habían dicho que la primera falla fue causada por no cambiar las 3 piezas al mismo tiempo.
Ese día el técnico abrió el equipo sólo para evaluarlo, y desde ahí salió otra falla en la pantalla.
No se hacen responsables por los daños extras que hacen, y a parte te cobran las reparaciones de sus propios errores.
 I took a MacBook to have a key repaired, and they quoted me the replacement of the entire keyboard (very expensive), I left my computer, and on the second day they called me saying that they ordered the wrong part, and that I should wait at least 15 more days, it which turned out to be a month. When it was delivered to me, they told me that due to failures beyond their control, the touchbar stopped working, and that I would have to pay for another keyboard, touchbar and battery repair, promising that I would only pay the difference in costs.
That piece took another month to arrive, and when I went to the store, they denied mentioning the change of the 3 pieces, when they had already told me that the first failure was caused by not changing all 3 pieces at the same time.
That day the technician opened the equipment just to evaluate it, and from there another fault appeared on the screen.
They are not responsible for the extra damages they do, and they also charge you for the repairs of their own mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deje mi iPad para reparación me dijeron 1 semana , estuve hablando y me daban largas hasta que fui , y según ellos se metieron a robar a el local y se llevaron mi iPad , era nuevecito lo había comprado 5 meses atrás y me dieron 2000 pesos por el , rateros !!!
