Call to bring a cell phone explaining the fault and model to be repaired and asking for a schedule. When I arrive they tell me that that model of phone was not repaired.

A	Armando Guerra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace aproximadamente dos meses llevé mi teléfono a reparar, se tardaron 4 días en diagnosticar que era lo que tenía y luego para que al final resultara ser otra cosa y me avisaron ya hasta que pase a recoger el equipo reparado, tardaron 6 días más en la “reparación” y cuando me lo entregaron ya no funcionaba la bocina privada, me dijeron que no sabían por qué y resulta que hoy lo lleve a otro lugar y me dijeron que el conector estaba roto siendo que cuando lo lleve funcionaba. La dichosa reparación no quedó bien pero tampoco quise reclamar porque iban a ser otros 10 días de espera y no podía esperar ya que mi teléfono es mi herramienta de trabajo, en conclusión por nada del mundo recomendaría este lugar About two months ago I took my phone to be repaired, it took 4 days to diagnose what it was and then it turned out to be something else and they told me until I went to pick up the repaired equipment, it took 6 more days for the "repair" and when they delivered it to me the private speaker no longer worked, they told me they did not know why and it turns out that today I took it to another place and they told me that the connector was broken and that when I took it it worked. The happy repair did not turn out well but I did not want to complain either because it was going to be another 10 days of waiting and I could not wait since my phone is my work tool, in conclusion I would not recommend this place for anything in the world
