★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa, es la peor en Ciberseguridad, no exista tal cosa de “seguridad”. La gente entra con toda las mejores intenciones de trabajar y dar lo mejor, pero a los pocos meses, te sientes con baja autoestima.
Desarrollas enfermedades, no hay crecimiento y si pides un aumento, solo es cuando te llevas “bien” con los directores. No hay plan de carrera, todo debe ser aprendizaje por ti mismo.
Sus eventos de “integración” son de lo peor, junto a su cerveza de mala calidad.
This company is the worst in Cybersecurity, there is no such thing as "security". People come in with all the best intentions to work and give their best, but after a few months, you feel low self-esteem.
You develop diseases, there is no growth and if you ask for an increase, it is only when you get along "well" with the directors. There is no career plan, everything must be learning by yourself.
Its “integration” events are the worst, along with its poor quality beer.

While technical knowledge seems to exist, the services provided lack general quality.
One would expect a lot more from a company with big customers and years in the market such as this one, but even the final reports are very poorly written. It would seem this company lacks a proper QA department, or people with proper speaking and writing capabilities to offer high quality results.
The testing performed also seemed very basic usage, which rendered pretty generic results that do not offer real value to the business.
Their PM area seems to be the worst, with them appearing only to present a spreadsheet-based "calendar", probably putting pressure into the testing engineers and offering no real followup until the end of the projects, which gives the customer no idea of what is being done or any specific needs or questions from engineers. This causes them not to have basic knowledge of the platforms tested and thus causing this generic findings.
I would totally go for other options, even automatized analysis tools can offer better results in a timely manner.
