Terrible attention, more than 7 hours waiting for a repair to be made, so that they only tell me that they don't have the part at that branch and I wait another day for it to be repaired. Very disappointed.

It is not the best price on the market, I give it this rating because they take too long to repair, my laptop was with them for almost a week. I honestly do not recommend it, there are other places that repair your equipment, for the same price and in less time. And they also have no warranty on their repairs. Like this or worse?

Terrible service and extremely rude (beard) manager. I was offered for the iPhone battery change, 30-day warranty for 350 pesos and 1-year warranty for 800 pesos. I asked what the difference was in the batteries, I told him I was willing to pay the 800 pesos, but I wanted to know the reason for the difference. He did not like to be questioned and told me he would not receive the equipment. There must be something weird. I do not recommend the place.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at this place. I had my IPhone screen and battery repaired, they charged me 1,300 for both without offering any type of guarantee, when checking the cell phone I realized that the touch screen was not working, so I went to the place again in later days, they checked it and they told me that they did not offer any guarantee and that the best they could do was offer me a new screen at a discount of (they charged me $ 600 with the discount, I accepted believing that maybe I am unlucky that the part is faulty and the guy guaranteed it would work. I paid the $ 600, they gave me the equipment and the screen was already working. Two days later the screen of the iPhone went black, I contacted and they told me the same thing that there is no guarantee. I spent almost $ 2000 in repairs in this place for nothing, they buy very low quality parts, and they do not offer a guarantee because they know that these situations are very likely to happen. My recommendation would be that you take your equipment to this place for nothing in the world, is totally dishonest and a total theft.
