★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menos cero diría super mala atención jamás se notifico si la pieza que según estaba en la aduana y nunca paso nunca se notifico pedi devolución del dinero que se dio nunca me han devuelto la llamadas tampoco le dieron a mi esposo nada de recibo plan con maña porfavor nosotros ya caímos ellos según "ganaron dinero mal ganado nunca rendirá" se manejan con puras mentiras tengo videos y fotos de estas personas y llamadas grabadas whatsapp que no contestaron pero la verdad que pierden mas ellos el negocio así no les saldrá y si siguen estafando ya Dios los juzgara por favor ya no caigan ni confíen de personas así este negocio deberían de cerrarlo
Minus zero I would say super bad attention was never notified if the piece that was in customs and never happened was never notified asked for a refund of the money that was given they have never returned my calls nor did they give my husband any receipt plan with skill please We already fell they according to "they earned money badly earned it will never yield" they handle themselves with pure lies I have videos and photos of these people and recorded calls whatsapp that did not answer but the truth is that they lose more, the business will not work out and if they continue to scam God will judge them please do not fall or trust people so this business should close it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lamentable que existan personas que dan servicio y simplemente te ignoren. Nunca me dio mi factura y simplemente me dejó de contestar. Que lástima que no leí estas reseñas a tiempo. Evítense los corajes con estas personas y mejor busquen otro taller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicité la nota/factura del servicio, para poder hacer válida la garantía que ofrecen y el Señor Perez, nunca contesta el teléfono ni mensajes. Es decepcionante el trato al cliente. Ojalá no tenga problemas con la lavadora, proque si nunca contestan cuando podrían venir a revisarla de nuevo. No lo recomiendo, mejor busquen otro taller de reparación.
I requested the note / invoice for the service, in order to validate the guarantee they offer and Mr. Perez never answers the phone or messages. The customer service is disappointing. Hopefully you don't have a problem with the washing machine, because if they never answer when they might come to check it again. I do not recommend it, better find another repair shop.
