Pensé que ya había valido por todos los comentarios que veía en internet, pero me la pudieron arreglar y ahorita está como antes de que le tirara el vaso. Lamentablemente en muchos lugares te quieren ver la cara por no saber mucho sobre computadoras, a mi me pasó en otra ocasión que en GeekTown al llevarla a arreglar me robaron una memoria ram, pero en este lugar la verdad la atención fue muy buena y repito dejaron mi Mac igual que antes de que se le cayera el vaso, sin dudas si tengo un problema con mi Mac o mi iPhone regreso a este lugar.

La lleve a apple y me cotizaron 23,000 pesos, porque todo estaba mal segun ellos. La traje aqui y me la arreglaron y esta funcionando al cien y me cobraron 1600 pesos! super rapidos tambien lo recomendo cien porciento. I love the service here! I spilled coffee on my computer on the keyboard and it stopped working. I took it to apple and they quoted me 23,000 pesos, because everything was wrong according to them. I brought it here and they fixed it for me and it's working perfectly and they charged me 1600 pesos! Super fast, I also recommend it one hundred percent.

La sensación con la que me quedé fue que buscaron ayudarme con mi problema antes de buscar sacarme dinero. De entrada me aconsejaron buscar la garantía de la laptop (estaba casi nueva) y no meterle manos ellos para no violar esa garantía. Me dijeron muy puntualmente que era indispensable respaldar toda la información que tuviera en la laptop porque ellos pensaban que podía dejar de funcionar en cualquier momento. Lo consideré exagerado, pero de cualquier forma hice lo que me aconsejaron y copié toda la información tan pronto llegue a casa. Para mi tristeza ellos tuvieron toda la razón. 12 horas después de mi visita, la máquina dejó de funcionar pero ya tenía yo la información en un disco externo. Honestidad y conocimiento. Así los describo. Les agradezco el problema que me ahorraron y aunque no me cobraron nada , me ayudaron mucho. The attention was excellent. sincere. This is how I describe them. I appreciate the trouble they saved me and although they didn't charge me anything, they helped me a lot.

Al hacer mi pago para remplazar la pieza, no solo me hicieron el cambio, me apoyaron para conseguir una tarjeta madre con el doble de memoria de la original (sin costo extra). Me dieron mucha confianza y pues claro que los recomiendo bastante. Excellent service. My laptop broke down due to a problem with the motherboard. When I made my payment to replace the part, they not only made the change, they supported me to get a motherboard with twice the memory of the original (at no extra cost). They gave me a lot of confidence and of course I highly recommend them.
