★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les agradezco mucho haber rescatado toda la información de mi celular, se quedo trabado en la manzanita y no arrancaba, los lugares anteriores a donde fui me decían qué había que restaurarlo (borrar toda mi información) y aquí hicieron el intento, lograron arrancar el encendido y aquí estoy con mi teléfono como nuevo. Gracias!!!

No sólo no hicieron nada, sino que además el técnico responsable parecía no haber nunca hecho un reseteo de un Android con sus programas originales. Después de 350 pesos por NO hacer nada, me traje el celular a casa y terminé resolviendo el problema con un tutorial de YouTube.
NO VALE LA PENA perder su dinero en este centro de reparaciones, no deberían aceptar teléfonos si no son capaces de ayudar al usuario.
Save your money. I took my cell phone for a simple check to this place. Not only did they not do anything, but also the responsible technician seemed never to have done a reset of an Android with its original programs. After 350 pesos for NOT doing anything, I brought my cell phone home and ended up solving the problem with a YouTube tutorial.
IT IS NOT WORTH wasting your money at this repair center, they should not accept phones if they are not able to help the user.
