★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron bien, precio rezonable. Solo que tuvieron 2 semanas para líberar mi S9+ y no pudieron seguramente ya pueden hacerlo. Lo lleve a otro lugar y me liberaron en un par de horas. Solo creo que deberían de mejorar la atención al cliente y mantenerlos al tanto el trabajo que se le está realizando al equipo.
 They treated me well, reasonable price. Only that they had 2 weeks to save my S9 + and they could not surely already do it. I took him to another place and they released me in a couple of hours. I just think that they should improve customer service and keep them updated on the work that is being done to the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de marcar para una cotizacion me dicen que necesito llevarlo y hasta ahí todo bien vuelvo a marcar para preguntar en que parte de la plaza se encuentran, si cerca del aurrera o del cinepolis o en que area y me cuelgan

Fui a preguntar por una reparacion y la chica me dijo que iba a encargar la pieza para sin falta arreglar el celular empezando la semana, pues cuando llegue me dijo "ay es que la otra chica la vendio" obvio vio mi molestia y su solucion fue "pues llevalo a la iShop, solo si te va a salir mas caro"
PESIMO SERVICIO.

El técnico nos atendió muy bien, además de que nos explico a detalle la reparación realizada al teléfono. Corrimos con suerte pues tenía la pieza en existencia y en menos de 2 horas ya estaba reparado.
Respecto a la atención, siempre fue muy cordial y amable. Totalmente recomendado, piezas de muy buena calidad.
