★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es muy buena y lo mejor es que tenían area de juegos, después de que terminaban de comer, los niños jugaban un rato mientras los adultos platicabamos y luego pasábamos a retirarnos. Ahora, cobran la area de juegos por hora! Y aparte de eso mi niño de 3 años no lo admitieron por ser menor de edad y a mi hija de 10 años tampoco por ser muy alta. Creo que eso de cobrar en la area de juegos no está bien ya que muchos padres vamos a este tipo de restaurantes para pasarla bien y comer algo rico y que los niños se diviertan. Aveces contemplamos sólo lo de la comida y nunca se nos viene por la mente que un restaurante te cobrará la área de juegos aparte! Los niños son eso, niños!!!! Y se me hace muy mala onda que mientras otros niños tienen el privilegio de jugar en el area de juegos otros no más se queden viendo!!!!!
The food is very good and the best thing is that they had a play area, after they finished eating, the children played for a while while the adults talked and then we went to retire. Now, they charge the playground by the hour! And apart from that, my 3-year-old son was not admitted because he was a minor and my 10-year-old daughter was not admitted because she was very tall. I think that charging in the playground is not good since many parents go to these types of restaurants to have fun and eat something delicious and that the children have fun. Sometimes we only contemplate the food and it never occurs to us that a restaurant will charge you for the play area separately! Children are that, children !!!! And it makes me very bad vibes that while other children have the privilege of playing in the playground, others just stare at it !!!!!

COMETE LO QUE MANDARON, Y CUANDO MARCAS PARA VER QUE PASÓ CON TU PEDIDO.. A LA "AMABLE" TELEFONISTA LE IMPORTA UN PEPINO!!! TU QUEJA, TU PAGO, TU TIEMPO Y ESE NEGOCIO QUE FUÉ BUENO. EL SERVICIO APESTA.... EL DUEÑO DEL NEGOCIO LEERÁ ESTOS COMENTARIOS?.. O LA TELEFONISTA ES LA DUEÑA Y SOLO SE BURLA Y LE VALE MADRES LOS CLIENTES MAL ATENDIDOS?
THE PHONE SERVICE IS THE WORST!!! VERY LATE, THEY SEND YOU WHAT THEY WANT, NOT WHAT YOU ORDER!! AND ALREADY HUNGRY AND OUT OF TIME... DO WHAT THEY SENT, AND WHEN YOU DIAL TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED WITH YOUR ORDER... THE "KIND" TELEPHONE OPERATOR DOES NOT CARE A CUCUMBER!!! YOUR COMPLAINT, YOUR PAYMENT, YOUR TIME AND THAT BUSINESS THAT WAS GOOD. THE SERVICE SUCKS... WILL THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS READ THESE COMMENTS?... OR IS THE TELEPHONE OPERATOR THE OWNER AND JUST MAKES FUN AND SHOULD NOT GET BAD CUSTOMERS?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace varios meses que no visitábamos esta sucursal, teniendo la percepción de que hay nueva administración al encontramos con:
1.- Orden de nachos ya no incluye queso fundido (no especificado con claridad), preguntamos a la mesera y teniendo el producto en mesa (sólo queso amarillo y un poco fresco) nos explica que ya tiene un cargo extra.
2.- La carta y el costo del calzone es e mismo (Romano-$80) más sin embargo su tamaño bajo por lo menos a un 50%, los comensales no somos tontos.
3.- Antes no tenían cargo las papas fritas de tú hamburguesa ahora cuestan $15 pesos pero no te explican que son adicionales a tú orden adicional al cargo ahogadas en aceite viejo, no pudimos consumirlas.
Muy mala experiencia para haber regresado al lugar.
We have not visited this branch for several months, having the perception that there is a new administration when we find:
1.- Order of nachos no longer includes melted cheese (not clearly specified), we ask the waitress and having the product on the table (only yellow cheese and a little fresh) she explains that it already has an extra charge.
2.- The menu and the cost of the calzone is the same (Romano-$80) plus, however, its size has dropped by at least 50%, diners are not fools.
3.- Before there was no charge for the fries of your hamburger now they cost $15 pesos but they don't explain to you that they are additional to your order additional to the charge drowned in old oil, we couldn't consume them.
Very bad experience to have returned to the place.
