★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the name and atmosphere of this gym clearly demonstrates, this is mainly a body building gym with all of the necessary equipment to reach your goals. It is well stocked with Arnold era gym equipment, and an owner who is extremely friendly and welcoming (also who is a body builder). If you are not a body builder, this gym does not have pilates, zumba or much cardio equipment, but it does have a gritty, iron gym feel that I look for in every gym that I visit. Come and visit it for sure, the owner let me walk around and check for all of the necessary equipment before paying the extremely low membership fee.
