K	Kyoko Ky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les da flojera explicarte las cosas, incluso se enojan, te hacen caras y para colmo, ni se paran, ahí en su escritorio te dicen que hagas, solo te hacen señas con las mano. No te dicen si lo haces bien o mal, ponen a cargo a personas que no están certificadas para ser entrenadores. No puedes hacer ejercicio cómodamente, porque si estás acostado haciendo ejercicio, solo pasan con el trapeador a tú lado, y así te quitan, ni te piden permiso ni nada. Los aparatos son viejos y ya me lastime una vez por las instrucciones de la "entrenadora" y dueña, así que, no lo recomiendo. It gives them lazy to explain things to you, they even get angry, they make you faces and to top it off, they do not even stop, they tell you to do it at your desk, they only wave at you. They do not tell you if you do it right or wrong, they put people in charge who are not certified to be coaches. You can not exercise comfortably, because if you're lying down exercising, just go with the mop on your side, and that way they take you away, they do not ask you for permission or anything. The devices are old and I already get hurt once by the instructions of the "trainer" and owner, so, I do not recommend it.

Lo recomiendo ampliamente si tus objetivos quieres lograr, la instructora esta totalmente certificada para orientarte en tu rutina asi como tambien en guiarte en una dieta adecuada para lograr tus objetivos. A mi me ayudo con mi entranamiento personalizado, te guía y te explico cómo realizar los ejercicios adecuadamente. In no gym will they care as much about your health as they do at Iron Gym Power. I highly recommend it if your goals you want to achieve, the instructor is fully certified to guide you in your routine as well as guide you in a proper diet to achieve your goals. He helped me with my personalized training, guides you and explains how to do the exercises properly.

Buena atención y lo que me gusta mucho es que la gente es muy ordenada, todo lo ponen en su lugar y no hay tiradero.
