 They overcharged us for the ironing service and refused to fix the note. Disinterest and poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, deje una chaqueta para tintorería, al recogerla pretendían cobrarme más que pq la marcaron como otro tipo de prenda, equis, estábamos charlando de eso la encargada y yo cuando presto atención a mi chaqueta y sorpresa! Solo la metieron a la bolsa y le pusieron la etiqueta, NO LA LAVARON, estaba igual que como yo la dejé, evidentemente se lo hice notar a la señora y me decía ay! Pues déjemela y la vuelvo a mandar ? obviamente ni de chiste le deje nada ni volveré a dejar ninguna prenda en ese lugar fraudulento, en verdad revisen su ropa cuando la recojan, evitense el mal rato de q cuando la necesiten esté igual q como cuando la llevaron a "lavar".
Terrible place, I left a jacket for dry cleaning, when they picked it up they wanted to charge me more than they marked it as another type of garment, X, we were talking about it the manager and I when I pay attention to my jacket and surprise! They just put it in the bag and put the label on it, THEY DID NOT WASH IT, it was the same as I left it, evidently I made it notice to the lady and she told me ay! Well, leave it to me and I will send it back to you ni obviously, or joke, I will leave nothing to you and I will never leave any garment in that fraudulent place, really check your clothes when you pick it up, avoid the bad time that when you need it is the same as when They led to "wash."
