★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been in the hotel. Just walk in trough the restaurant to have dinner. Service is amazing good and the food and plates were really nice. A little expensive if you analyze the cost/benefit relationship. Quiet place with a smooth atmosphere, wiich is an excellent environment for romantic or family meeting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, cozy, and inviting boutique hotel at WTC in Mexico City. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Roof top terrace is relaxing. Staff is friendly and courteous, and goes out of their way to assist guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite providing almost 30 days notice for a single nights stay this hotel refused to refund my reservation money. Expedia tried to reason with them but they completely refused and kept the entire amount for my stay.
Greedy and completely lacking any customer service, don’t book here - they only care about their bottom line.

Very clean hotel and the rooms are very large with awesome lighting, internet speed is awesome, nice large flat screen and good access to AC plugs for your electronic devices. Staff is very friendly as well. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Mexico city which is directly across from the W.T.C.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this hotel! We stayed here last December & returned this year. The staff is amazing. They are so friendly, helpful & acomadating. The rooms are spacious, modern & sparkling clean. It’s a great location. Safe with many great restaurants. We will definitely return! Thank you to the staff for making our visit so wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice boutique hotel, close to everything downtown. Rooms are large, new and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and speak some English. I was here during the earthquake and everyone at the hotel was attentive and helpful throughout the ordeal. I will be staying here on any further trips to Mexico City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel and staff are absolutely fantastic. However, I think it’s important to note that at the moment (June 2021) there is a ton of street noise and traffic going on due to vaccinations across the street. I was told this would continue all month. Not the hotel’s vault, but the loud honking and police whistles all throughout the early morning hindered my stay. Would recommend this place any other time!
