Este domingo 25 de agosto alrededor de las 5:00p.m. Al ingresar a la tienda, ni te dan la bienvenida, mucho menos las buenas tardes, ni la cajera ni la pseudovendedora que se encontraba ahi. Y me refiero a ella como pseudovendedora porque en lugar de acercarse a mi y ofrecer los productos y tratar de cerrar venta conmigo y atenderme como cualquier vendedora normal, esta tipa solo se me quedaba viendo como si fuera a robar y cuando me observó probando la mercancía, desde la caja me levantó la voz y de muy mala manera me llamó la atención. Cabe señalar que en ningún lado tienen algún aviso que indique que no se puedan probar los aretes. Al momento de solicitar a la cajera la presencia de la gerente para presentar mi queja por la pésima atención, la cajera se iba riendo burlándose de la situación. La gerente no fue mejor, solo escuchó la queja y alegaba que si había una letrero donde decia que no se podían probar los aretes, le exigí que me mostrara el anuncio y tuvo que reconocer que no lo habia. A lo que solo dijo que a ellas como empleadas les habian indicado que no se podían probar los aretes. De mala actitud recibió mi queja y fue todo. Pero ni la cajera ni la pseudovendedora ofrecieron una disculpa ni mucho menos hicieron nada para mejorar la pésima experiencia. Y aunque compré los productos, jamás volveria a pisar este lugar pues no es el tipo de atención ni trato que merezco, pues era un cliente frecuente.
Quiero compartir esta desagradable experiencia y que todos lo sepan, ya que de ninguna manera recomiendo esta tienda, para nada pues no me gustaría que a otro cliente lo trataran de la misma manera que a mi.

This Sunday, August 25 around 5:00 p.m. Upon entering the store, you are not welcomed, much less good afternoon, neither the cashier nor the pseudo seller who was there. And I refer to her as a pseudo-seller because instead of approaching me and offering the products and trying to close sales with me and serve me like any normal seller, this guy just looked at me as if he was going to steal and when he observed me testing the merchandise , from the box I raised my voice and in a very bad way it caught my attention. It should be noted that nowhere do they have any notice that indicates that the earrings cannot be tested. At the moment of requesting the cashier the presence of the manager to present my complaint for the bad attention, the cashier was laughing making fun of the situation. The manager was no better, just heard the complaint and claimed that if there was a sign saying that the earrings could not be tested, I demanded that he show me the announcement and had to admit that there was none. To which he only said that they as employees had been told that the earrings could not be tested. In a bad attitude he received my complaint and it was all. But neither the cashier nor the pseudo seller offered an apology, much less did anything to improve the terrible experience. And although I bought the products, I would never step on this place because it is not the kind of attention or treatment that I deserve, because I was a frequent customer.
I want to share this unpleasant experience and that everyone knows it, since I do not recommend this store in any way, for nothing because I would not like another customer to be treated in the same way as me.
