mi cuenta online he tratado de llamar y nunca entra la llamada así mismo pedí ayuda a su área de soporte online y no puedo comprar producto por qué tampoco en sus oficinas están atendiendo solo para recoger entonces en dónde demonios puedo comprar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los productos son excelentes, sin embargo, ahora en Pandemia su sistema de Call Center deja muchísimo que desear. Si vas a pedir por teléfono ten paciencia porque los ejecutivos trabajan desde casa y no tienen las herramientas suficientes para tener llamadas de calidad. Se corta mucho las llamadas.
Deberían de tener pedidos por WHATSAPP.
De ahí en fuera, excelente empresa, plan de compensación y en especial productos.
The products are excellent, however, now in Pandemic your Call Center system leaves a lot to be desired. If you are going to order by phone, be patient because executives work from home and do not have enough tools to have quality calls. Calls are cut a lot.
They should have orders through WHATSAPP.
