The appointment process is easy over WhatsApp and girls are super talented and always willing to work from ideas and pictures, giving opportunities to adjust the look as it goes. The gel manicures are always quick and the artists attentive. Can’t recommend this place enough. It seems like maybe the prices are a bit high for CDMX, but it’s well worth worth it- I get so many compliments on my nails, I’d never go anywhere else in the city. And they have really nice monthly promos- check their Instagram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need an appointment but I lucked out. I got gel nails with design + two acrylic nails. They offer drinks and my nail artist would check in to make sure I liked where the direction was going. Great experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So grateful to my friend for putting me onto Isa y Pau! Friendly, professional and super clean nail salon where technicians are patient with their clients and attentive to their needs. I've been doing acrylic overlays with regular gel polish for years and it's ruined my nails terribly. Isa y Pau only uses Shellac gel polish which is not only healthier for your nails but still allows you to paint on whatever decorative nail design that your heart desires. Shout out to my nail technician Arely for the amazing nail design! ?? My only suggestion would be for the technicians at this salon to all be trained in Russian manis - other than that, would highly recommend checking this salon out if you're in Condesa/Roma and wanna get your nails done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please note that the nail salon is located next to a seven eleven and it’s an upstairs studio.
Pros:
- My manicure has lasted 3 weeks and counting! No chipped nail Polish and my nails feel strong.
- Clean, lots of sunlight, cute decor
- They offer tea, coffee, and water
- Fast Service and friendly staff
- great color selection
Cons:
- cuticles cleaning wasn’t the best
- my old color was still visible on my finger on the bottom

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go here every 2-3 weeks for a shellac mani and pedi. If I ever leave Mexico City I will miss this place.
My favorite girls are Pau, Elena and Arely, they do an amazing job with the designs, mani and pedi. If you can request someone ask for one of them.
Whenever you book make sure you list all the services you will get including removal and designs, they book the time according to that.
