M	Marie S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lage ok, ca 15 Minuten zur Lagune und Innenstadt. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren mäßig motiviert, aber größtenteils freundlich. Alles sauber, trotzdem eine Kakerlake im Zimmer. Das Klo war schlimm, die Spülung musste man mehrfach betätigen und dazwischen länger warten. In unserem Bad stank es furchtbar nach Abfluss, iwann bekamen wir raus, dass es so roch, wenn man die Lüftung anmacht.... Danach gings. Die Tür zum Gang hat Teile aus Milchglas, dadurch war es im Zimmer nachts recht hell. Die Betten sind sehr hart, muss man mögen, ich hatte ziemlich Rückenschmerzen. Würde ich eher nicht nochmal buchen. Location ok, about 15 minutes to the lagoon and downtown. The ladies at the front desk were moderately motivated, but mostly friendly. Everything was clean, but there was still a cockroach in the room. The toilet was bad, you had to flush several times and wait longer in between. In our bathroom it stank terribly from the drain, when we found out that it smelled like that when you turned on the ventilation.... Then we went. The door to the corridor has parts made of frosted glass, so it was quite bright in the room at night. The beds are very hard, you have to like it, I had quite a backache. I would rather not book again.

L'eau chaude a mis beaucoup de temps à arriver (> 10 minutes). Mais les chambres étaient grandes et bien. Good hotel, well placed but in an underdeveloped town. Our rooms were noisy because they were too close to reception. Hot water took a long time to arrive (>10 minutes). But the rooms were big and fine.

Y la llave del lavabo estaba floja, sin mencionar que las almohadas estaban muy delgadas y cero cómodas. The two days that I was there in the mornings there was a noise that lasted from half to 1 hour that did not allow you to continue resting, the hot water in the shower took a long time to come out, which caused a lot of waste, the cable service failed at times , the girls who were very sharp in the morning compared to the one who was in the afternoon. And the sink faucet was loose, not to mention the pillows were very thin and not comfortable at all.

If you will decide stay here, confirm first that yiu will gave room wuth a balcony, they have just 3 in a whole building. Also hotel stuff didn't even lets us use WC after we check out because they don't have toilet outside a room.

A	Agnieszka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large, clean nice rooms with very comfortable beds, but make sure that you will have window or balcony! We were very surprised that we didn't have any of them! Actually hotel offer just 3 or 4 rooms with windows/balcony.

An employee made with other people a lot of noise around midnight and didn’t stop when we friendly asked to be more quite. I would understand when the hotel had a bar or hostel vibes. But this is just a hotel without any other services.
