I have performed laser treatment on half of my face, until my fourth session all the girls who attended me were very kind, in the removal due to call center issues they thought that I would go for evaluation and not for treatment (a package that I have already paid for) after explaining that I was going a long way and had already shaved the area, they treated me with a bit of hostility and very quickly, leaving areas without having passed the laser, which caused a loss in my treatment.

My treating doctor is Dr. Ruby Rojas, she is an effective, kind and considerate professional. The treatment you have indicated has exceeded my expectations on two fronts: atopic dermatitis and acne medication. The clinic nurses/support staff are also very friendly, helpful, leadership and really take care of their patients. However, the administrative part of the clinic is a disaster. I have had to request medical reports for my insurer, and for them to be sent to me I have to communicate 3 or 4 times, begging for attention at the reception. For example, on December 14, 2021, I requested a report. I had a medical appointment with my doctor on January 26 of this year, and she let me know that up to two days before the appointment she had received my request. I have been given the wrong medicine at the drug store. Really the administrative part is lousy.

Isela Mendez, even the attitude towards customers is terrible. they don't respect appointment times, pit treatments need multiple sessions because they use the lowest setting to get you back more times than necessary. DO NOT GO HERE!

Terrible attention. Total rudeness. Nor why charge through the roof for results that do not give. You go to consult a dermatological center and they charge you for each condition. If you go and check a mole they charge you for that consultation, and if you ask them about another stain they tell you that there are 2 consultations. I went to sessions for tattoo removal with Laser Picoway and not only is it expensive (in January 2022 they are worth 2 thousand pesos each session) but I did not have any results. They make you wait while workers walk around doing nothing. Read more opinions from other patients. DO NOT GO. Spend your money where your condition matters (not your wallet). And of course they didn't contact me "to offer me a solution"! Yet another lie from the clinic. Search for "bluff" and you'll find this clinic.

ONLY TALKS) are like going to the similar ones at the doc simi, they have nothing special, you go on to see how wonderful the restructuring process of your skin is, it is as if You will buy a consultancy from a TV that you want to buy, their prices are exuberant, between $50 to $60 thousand pesos for the treatment in my particular case, that without considering the creams that they sell you in the pharmacy of this same place, at prices of approximately 15% higher than other places, in conclusion: you have a lot more places to attend to without having to put up with the pressure of a doctor who wants to sell you something, not looking for a better change for your well-being. EXPENSIVE, TACTLESS, ELITE.

a horror, I went to an appointment today to have a lipoma removed.
