★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor actitud cada vez que me ha tocado venir por temas de garantía o reparación. Siempre te quieren cobrar a pesar de que les explicas el problema y que quieres tramitar un remplazo por garantía. Nunca te atienden en tiempo y se aprovechan de que la gente no sepa qué hay mejores opciones de soporte.
The worst attitude every time I have had to come for warranty or repair issues. They always want to charge you even though you explain the problem to them and that you want to process a replacement under warranty. They never attend to you on time and take advantage of people not knowing that there are better support options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este ishop atienden PÉSIMO, les preguntas algo o quieres saber información de un producto o servicio y hasta parece que te hacen un gran favor!
Se supone que te recomiendan ir a las sucursales de apple para que te asesoren pero te dicen todo a medias y de mala gana (y eso que no me gusta exagerar!). Entonces de que sirve que te digan que vayas ahí si a final de cuentas no te ayudan?
Para mi me fui con muy bajas expectativas al servicio al cliente, definitivamente no regreso ahí.
This ishop attends AWFUL, you ask them something or want to know information about a product or service and it even seems that they do you a great favor!
They are supposed to recommend you go to the apple branches for advice but they tell you everything half-heartedly and reluctantly (and I don't like to exaggerate!). So what's the use of being told to go there if in the end they don't help you?
For me, I left with very low expectations for customer service, I definitely won't go back there.

Adquirí este modelo ya que como no había usado Iphone antes no deseaba gastar en el modelo más reciente en aquel entonces, por si no me acomodaba. La atención fue excelente, quien me atendió, me ayudó a pasar todos mis datos al Iphone, y me resolvió mis dudas. Volvería a adquirir un Iphone u otro producto en la misma tienda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui al servicio técnico, porque mi iPhone 7 Plus dejó de cargar, en 3 min me dijeron que el teléfono había sufrido un daño mayor y que me aconsejaban cambiar de equipo. Lo lleve con un externo, encontró el problema y reparó mi equipo sin perder información. Muy poco profesionales entendiendo que son distribuidor autorizado de apple. Mejor no pierdan su tiempo, tarde más en la fila que el diagnóstico erróneo que me dieron.

I took it to a third party, they found the problem and repaired my computer without losing any data. Very unprofessional understanding that they are an authorized apple reseller. Better not waste your time, take longer in line than the misdiagnosis you gave me.
