Me atendieron muy bien pero no tienen la opción de recibir computadoras usadas a cuenta de comprar una nueva.

Pésima atención de los chicos mi equipo entro a reparación tardaron más del tiempo estimado y toda para que me lo regresarán en un peor estado 0 recomendable

El peor servicio que he recibido en un Ishop, primero que nada, dice que abren a las 10, llegue 10:45 seguía cerrado, pensaba que abrirían a las 11 y no, abrieron hasta las 11:15, me atendió una señorita que era muy déspota y arrogante, yo llegue en muy buena onda y con toda la intención de comprar un artículo (Airpods) ya que me son muy funcionales para mi trabajo. Pues todo ese convencimiento que tenía para comprar, me lo quitó la señorita que me atendió con su actitud arrogante y altanera, se dirigía a mi como si yo fuera tonto y repetidas veces le hice la observación de que su actitud no era la mejor y pues bueno al final no pasó nada, todo el personal de la tienda observó la situación y no hizo nada, al final, me fui del lugar muy decepcionado de la atención que recibí y pues prefiero ir a un lugar dónde tengan un trato amable conmigo, los productos que venden no son nada baratos, independientemente del precio, creo que todos los clientes potenciales merecen un trato amable y humano, en este caso su representante de ventas lejos de incentivar la venta, me desanimó 100% a concretarla.

Muy mal servicio, don’t trust the Service repair people.! They charged for the diagnostico 2 times for the same issue.! Go somewhere also..!

Don't trust these guys. They charge you for doing a diagnostic to find what the problem is. And when they can't find the problem, they charge you anyway. Had my motherboard changed there and, suspiciously, my airport card stopped working just a week after. Never had problem with it before. Now they're asking for $3,500 to replace the airport (a cheap part that takes 10 minutes to replace). I have reported my concerns to Apple and you should do the same if you have any problems with them. EDIT: my girlfriend had her HDD cable changed here. It had a 3 month guarantee. 3 months later it broke again. WHAT A SURPRISE
