Se asumió que mi equipo tuvo contacto con líquidos, cuando no es cierto y tomaron esa excusa para explicar los fallas que en realidad venían de fábrica. Además, al mandarme mi laptop a mi casa, ya no prendió y se sobrecalentó. No recomiendo visitar esta iShop. Es una tristeza que no haya otra en Sonora. Very unpleasant experience, sadly. Pensé que la tecnología va de la mano con la eficiencia. Como en contrataron una pequeña mancha de café me dijo que no iba a entrar ninguna garantía. (le mencione como estaba seguro que por eso no prendía y dijo que era obvio). Me ofreció un seguro con ellos de 2400 pesos por 1 año, aún así , era solo para chequeo y que si confirmaba su sospecha de café no iba a cubrir de todos modos). El empleado me dijo que esto es debido a que no era una tienda Apple. Tuvo que pedir soporte en línea quienes me indicaron que podría dejar encendido el botón 10 segundos y listo mi computadora volvió a encender.
