Es una lástima que no les enseñen a sus vendedores lo que es dar una buena atención y servicio al cliente. Una vendedora grosera y déspota, falta de compromiso con su trabajo. De mi trabajo necesitábamos hacer unas compras para regalar y debido al mal trato de esta vendedora, preferimos buscar otra tienda apple. Piensan que no tienes dinero y no te brindan la atención. De verdad son muy groseros todos los empleados. Iba muy emocionada al adquirir un iPhone 12 pero con la atención de los empleados me desanimaron totalmente. Piénselo 2 veces antes de asistir a esta tienda. L	Lorena Muñoz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio compré un iPhone XR ayer y nos engañaron la chica que nos vendió el equipo nos vendió un seguro a la fuerza por qué decía que ese era el precio en tienda con engaños hacen sus ventas que malo que los vendedores de ahí engañen a la gente así por qué la gente va de buena fe y hacen su labor de venta pero no de esa manera si querían vender un seguro deberían de hacerlo de otra forma. Ojalá capaciten mejor a las personas para que si van a hacer una labor de venta no te engañen de esa manera diciéndote que es el precio en tienda sabiendo que el precio que viene ahí es con el seguro. Que mal capacitación y mala información al manejar la venta deben de ser más honestos.
