★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala ,compramos unos audífonos Airpods pro de los nuevos lamentablemente vinieron mal con defecto de fábrica y no nos hicieron ningún cambio del producto físico solo en caso de falla técnica , no se me hizo justo ya que por eso te venden una garantía y el producto es caro de por sí, el trato fue malo por parte de la chika de soporte técnico y no nos resolvieron nada ,sin embargo el trato de los vendedores fue bueno y amable ,y el gerente fue claro y atento ,es lamentable que sean así teniendo un producto tan único y que a muchas personas nos encanta por su esclusividad
Very bad, we bought some new Airpods pro headphones unfortunately they came wrong with a factory defect and they did not make any changes to the physical product only in case of technical failure, it was not fair to me since that is why they sell you a guarantee and the product It is expensive in itself, the treatment was bad on the part of the technical support girl and they did not solve anything for us, however the treatment of the sellers was good and friendly, and the manager was clear and attentive, it is unfortunate that they are like this having such a unique product that many people love for its exclusivity
