★ ★ ★ ★ ★ desgraciadamente sólo había una persona en servicio técnico y tuvimos que esperar alrededor de 50 minutos para que nos atendieron. por este motivo se baja la calificación el área de ventas bastante Bueno pero soporte técnico y servicio bastante malo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui , incluso en esta situación, porque realmente necesitaba algo con asesoría en persona. Me atendió un chavo - habían otros que estaban chacoteando. Era yo el único cliente y evidentemente les "molestó" que les interrumpiera el recreo- grosero y prepotente que todo el tiempo quiso remarcarme como que yo, por mi edad no sabía de lo que hablaba. Si yo fuera el dueño lo corría y lo corría porque en estas épocas ninguna tienda puede darse el lujo de tratar así a sus clientes -ni el lujo de perder una venta porque al chavito le dio la gana-
No regresaré a A Ishop Duraznos (que es el que queda al lado de mi oficina) y es probable que no regrese a ningún Ishop.
Escribo esta reseña porque espero que la gente la lea. Y probablemente lo haga en las redes. La cortesía y la amabilidad son valores atemporales pero en plena pandemia un negocio que no las cuida no merece seguir.
I went, even in this situation, because I really needed something with in-person counseling. A guy attended me - there were others who were chatting. I was the only client and evidently they were "bothered" by the fact that I interrupted their recess, rude and arrogant that all the time he wanted to point out that I, because of my age, did not know what I was talking about. If I were the owner, I would run it and run it because in these times no store can afford to treat its customers like that - or the luxury of losing a sale because the kid wanted to.
I will not return to A Ishop Duraznos (which is the one next to my office) and it is likely that I will not return to any Ishop.
I am writing this review because I hope people will read it. And it probably does it on social media. Courtesy and kindness are timeless values, but in the midst of a pandemic, a business that does not take care of them does not deserve to continue.
