★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parece que te hicieran un favor, no lo crei hasta que fui, el que cuida cuanta gente entra le falta trato con el cliente y el chavo que me atendió al parecer tenía prisa aún tenía dudas y solo quería ya terminar conmigo, y eso que no había gente, lo único que los salvo fueron las cajeras, muy amables, no vuelvo a ir a esa tienda mejor sigo llendo al de galerías.

Llevé mis AirPods Pro a garantía y me regresaron el equipo en MUY mal estado!!
Me lo entregaron rayado, con pequeños golpes e incluso con manchas de TINTA que tuve que pedir que limpiaran antes de recibirlos. NO eran simples manchas sino marcas de color que había dejado la tinta y que no se quitaron por completo.
Cuando los compré, desde el PRIMER día, ANTES de abrirlos compré también una funda protectora para que se mantuviesen en perfectas condiciones, y ahora que los llevo a garantía a ISHOP ALTABRISA me encuentro con que han arruinado mi artículo y hecho que todos mis cuidados fuesen para nada. Para mi protección tomé fotos momento ANTES de entregarlos y momentos DESPUÉS de recibirlos. Aún así, dijeron que no harán NADA al respecto.

I took my AirPods Pro under warranty and they returned the equipment in VERY bad condition !!
It was delivered to me scratched, with small bumps and even with INK stains that I had to ask to be cleaned before receiving them. They were NOT just stains but colored marks left by the ink that were not completely removed.
When I bought them, from the FIRST day, BEFORE opening them I also bought a protective cover so that they would be kept in perfect condition, and now that I take them under guarantee to ISHOP ALTABRISA I find that they have ruined my item and made all my care were Not at all. For my protection I took photos moments BEFORE delivering them and moments AFTER receiving them. Still, they said they won't do ANYTHING about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice enough shop, price are about 10%. Higher than a iStore in the US. However, the service (repairs). Is minimal. They can deal with a broken screen and basic problems but that's. For real repairs go elsewhere, don't waste a minute there, they are neither interested or motivated. The employee I spoke to didn't realize that I could see him in a miroir - he just stood there for 5 minutes as if he was talking to a technicien and then walked out to tell me that my iBook was repairable, and that I needed to buy a new one...
