★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a comprar y por no querer comprar Applecare se molesto el vendedor y me dijo que ya no tenían equipos con las características que yo buscaba además de que como no me interesaba el seguro daba igual donde lo comprara, me dijo el muy sinvergüenza, "valla y compre en liverpool o sanborns" como si 1 venta no le contará a su tienda. Cero recomendable esta tienda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia desde la compra, compre un celular y al momento de pagar y pasar la tarjeta me dicen que no tiene fondos, por lo cual pedí que la pasen nuevamente y sucedió lo mismo, el joven qué me atiendo comenta que Bancomer estaba fallando, por lo que cambie los fondos a una tarjeta Banamex, ho sorpresa también la pasaron dos veces y no paso la tarjeta, a lo cual me comentó la encargada (Fernanda) o algo por el estilo qué fuera otro día o regresará más tarde para ver si su sistema ya funcionaba, otro joven me comentó cambiar de caja y bum a la primera paso es decir lo que estaba mal era su caja, pedí mi factura y otro problema, nunca llego al correo, nuevamente acudí el día de hoy y tarde una hora trenta minutos para que me dieran mi factura y respuestas tan tontas como: su compra no aparece, seguro que compro en esta tienda?, traiga el equipo físicamente, su correo esta mal no sirve etc. Después de una hora quince minutos, les levante voz y bum apareció mi factura, en fin dejan mucho que desear para vender productos de esos precios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un asco, te tratan de forma pésima, quise comprar un Apple Pencil 2gen y quería pagar con tarjeta, me pidieron una identificación, mostré mi licencia la cual si es un documento oficial y prefirieron no venderme nada ya que quería a fuerzas INE, le dije al vendedor que podía transferir o pagar con algún qr y se negó, me parece una tontería. Ya fui a otra tienda y me la vendieron sin problemas, jamás volveré a ir y además recomendare a todos jamás ir a esa tienda.

Fuí a conseguir un cable USB-C a Mini DP y no lo tienen , tuve que llevar mis 2 imac por que no lo ubicaban 1.- No puedes conectar otros equipos de la misma marca en su misma tienda , y 2.- Les pedí de favor que si podría dejar mis 2 Imac por que íbamos a comprar unos zapatos y para no andar cargándolas ni dejarlas en el carro y no quisieron que no se hacen responsables , para colmo dicen que si lo vi por internet que mejor lo compre ahí que ellos no lo pueden conseguir ¡QUE PAYASADA! osea que si compras sí eres el rey, pero para post-venta eres nadie y hazle como puedas.
