★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención en el soporte técnico, me atendieron súper tarde, para ser exactos medía hora después, cuando la primera vez que fui por llegar 5 minutos tarde cancelaron mi cita.
Y la gente que me atendió parecía que me estaba haciendo un favor, cuando es parte del servicio.
La tienda es muy buena, pero la atención pésima.
Terrible attention in the technical support, they attended me super late, to be exact half an hour later, when the first time I went to be 5 minutes late they canceled my appointment.
And the people who attended me seemed like they were doing me a favor, when it is part of the service.
The store is very good, but the attention is lousy.

Iniciando con al supuesta gerente que no te resuelve nada, no sale de sus “políticas” y al final te dicen, fue tu culpa y es así se hace si quieres, entiendo que somos un cliente más para ellos.
Y el de servicio Jesús Antonio Ortuño, el tipo más pedante y soberbio, que lastima que contraten gente así.
Lo único rescatable es el vendedor, pero su servicio post venta es PÉSIMO
Terrible service.
Starting with the supposed manager who does not solve anything for you, does not leave their "policies" and in the end they tell you, it was your fault and it is like that if you want, I understand that we are one more client for them.
And the service worker Jesús Antonio Ortuño, the most pedantic and arrogant guy, who hurts that they hire people like that.
The only thing that can be redeemed is the seller, but their after-sales service is AWFUL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona de seguridad no permite entrar con acompañantes aún así compres lo equivalente a su sueldo de 4 meses, por otro lado; si tú vestimenta no es la adecuada te atienden de mala gana, te insisten que no aceptan meses sin intereses de manera burlona; NO ES NUESTRA CULPA QUE ELLOS ESTÉN ACOSTUMBRADOS A PAGAR SUS COSAS A MESES Y CONSIDEREN QUE ALGUIEN DISTINTO A ELLOS DESEE HACER ESO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un teléfono y de verdad una lastima el trato de la señora de la caja, es increíble la discriminación que práctica, el joven que te atiende en cambio es muy amable pero jamás regresaría mientras ella esté en cajas.
I bought a phone and it's really a shame the treatment of the lady at the checkout, the discrimination she practices is incredible, the young man who attends you instead is very friendly but would never return while she is in checkout.
