★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traje mi iPhone nuevo (3 meses) para que le cambiaran la pantalla y $3,600 + 4 horas de mi tiempo (aun con cita) me regresan el equipo con un problema de carga para el que dicen que ahora deben cambiar la batería. Salvo por la pantalla, mi teléfono estaba perfecto antes de traerlo aquí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cuidado con dejar sus equipos aquí, sobre todo si quieren aplicar al i-trade. Mi equipo tuvo “exceso” de suciedad en la bocina (funcionan perfectamente) y por eso no pasó la prueba. el problema real fue que después de las pruebas de pantalla que aplican el celular quedó con una mancha y no se hacen responsables.
Be careful with leaving your equipment here, especially if you want to apply to the i-trade. My kit had “excess” dirt on the horn (they work perfectly) and that's why it failed the test. The real problem was that after the screen tests applied, the cell phone was left with a stain and they are not responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de la tienda acudí a comprar un Apple Watch y un iPhone porque en la tienda donde había ido no encontré lo que buscaba, les avisaron que iba para allá me cerraron las puertas en las nariz por un minuto tarde ya que iban a cerrar el gerente lo único que hizo desde lejos con la mano que me fuera en una forma muy grosera y después sólo me ignoro y mando a la policía con quien obviamente no se pudo dialogar, pero bueno buscare otra opción por que afortunadamente en estos días hay una gran variedad de teléfonos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, me vendieron unos Beats que salieron defectuosos, no servía el micrófono y cuando hacía una llamada los demás no me escuchaban. Cuando fui a que me los cambiaran, los supuestos “técnicos” de los pusieron y me dijeron que supuestamente funcionaban bien, y que si quería que me los checaran en servicio me iban a cobrar $500 pesos en caso de que no tuvieran un fallo (cosa que se me hizo algo ilógico). Terminé yendo a la tienda oficial de Apple (en Polanco) y sin dudarlo me dijeron que estaban defectuosos y me hicieron el cambio sin problema. No compren ahí, porque si sus aparatos tiene un fallo NUNCA se los van a cambiar, reparar ni aceptan devoluciones, harán todo para no perder dinero.
Terrible, they sold me some Beats that came out defective, the microphone didn't work and when I made a call the others didn't listen to me. When I went to have them changed, the so-called "technicians" put them on and told me that they supposedly worked fine, and that if I wanted them to check them in service they would charge me $500 pesos if they didn't have a fault (which something illogical was done to me). I ended up going to the official Apple store (in Polanco) and without hesitation they told me that they were defective and they made me the change without a problem. Do not buy there, because if your devices have a fault they will NEVER change them, repair them or accept returns, they will do everything to avoid losing money.
