★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, lleve mis Airpods a servicio al cliente, con 6 meses de uso, me dijeron que no me los podían aceptar por sanitizacion que los tenía que desinfectar o ellos lo podían hacer por la módica cantidad de $550 (?) y aparte si los dejaba y en el diagnóstico resultaba que no tenía ninguna falla(?) yo iba a tener que pagar otros $550. Son unos oportunistas de lo peor ???? como si sus productos costaran 100 pesos ?. Aparte actitud prepotente del que me atendió.
Terrible customer service, I took my Airpods to customer service, with 6 months of use, they told me that they could not accept them for sanitization that I had to disinfect them or they could do it for the modest amount of $ 550 (?) ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vendedores/trabajadores/asociados o como les quieras llamar se te quedan viendo como si te fueras a robar uno de los telefonistas exhibidos, ni si quiera son amables, deberían enseñarles algo esencial llamado trato al cliente. NO VAYAN
The vendors/workers/associates or whatever you want to call them stare at you as if you were going to steal one of the exhibited telephone operators, they are not even friendly, they should teach them something essential called customer service. DO NOT GO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal tiene un carácter muy negativo, te dicen que no tienen teléfonos, mientras que a gente al lado le dicen que si, preguntas y casi parece que te hacen el favor al contestarte que puede que haya pero depende si quieres el seguro del teléfono; una burla el personal y sus filtros de contrataciones.
Lo más gracioso es que me dijeron que el teléfono es una inversión como comprar un coche y el seguro es equivalente al de coche, lo tienes y no lo quieres usar, creo su estrategia de venta no es buena y un poco básica… en fin buen producto, pésimo personal.

The staff has a very negative character, they tell you they don't have telephones, while people next door they say yes, you ask and it almost seems that they are doing you a favor by answering that there may be but it depends if you want phone insurance; a mockery of the staff and their hiring filters.
The funniest thing is that they told me that the phone is an investment like buying a car and the insurance is equivalent to that of a car, you have it and you don't want to use it, I think their sales strategy is not good and a bit basic ... well, good product, lousy staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un par de cosas que deben mejorar si quieren representar una marca con los estándares que promueven:
Llamas preguntando por un producto, te lo confirman por teléfono y al llegar a tienda 10 minutos después, resulta que no está, es neta, 10 minutos, lo que hice de mi casa a allá, se me hace imposible de creer que se acaban de terminar, al final les compre lo que tenían, no lo que iba buscando por necesidad.
Segundo, son Incapaces para enviar una factura de compra, les llamas y tienes que encontrar al gerente “desocupado” para que te atienda y trates de solicitar nuevamente la factura.
No están capacitados para atención al cliente y dejan mucho que desear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to covid its best to call ahead if your going for technical support else you have to wait in a potentially long line to get assistance. They are allowing only a small group of customers at a time inside the store as well so please keep in mind if you are going.
