Preguntamos por el Modelo, la tenían en Exhibición y nos comentaron que sí la tenían en Existencia. Al ver que la compra se realizaría, se acercó otro de los Asesores que demostró más Experiencia y Conocimiento y apoyó al Primero, la Atención fue buena y nos explicó algunas Características del Modelo que buscabamos. Al final, cuando quisimos realizar la Compra, nos dijeron que no la tenían en Existencia. Mi hija se decepcionó porque al principio nos habían dicho lo contrario. Sugerencia: deberían revisar bien sus Inventarios para proporcionar la Información correcta. We went to find a Tablet for my daughter, we were attended by a boy who apparently was new to the Store. We asked about the Model, they had it on display and they told us that they did have it in Stock. When he saw that the purchase would be made, another of the Advisors approached who demonstrated more Experience and Knowledge and supported the First, the Attention was good and he explained some Characteristics of the Model we were looking for. In the end, when we wanted to make the Purchase, they told us that they did not have it in Stock. My daughter was disappointed because at first we had been told otherwise. Tip: They should review their Inventories well to provide the correct information.

Acudí a la tienda con un familiar colombiano y de tez negra, dio la indicación a un cajero de no realizarle el cobro por su acento y después mencionó que ahora en su tienda tenían que atender negros en un tono soberbio y arrogante. Me desagrada que personas así existan y peor aun dirijan una tienda de apple en pleno año 2022… His manager Juan Carlos Hernández is a racist and xenophobic. I went to the store with a Colombian and black-skinned family member, he instructed a cashier not to charge him because of his accent and then mentioned that now in his store they had to serve blacks in a arrogant and arrogant tone. I dislike that people like this exist and even worse run an apple store in the middle of the year 2022...
