El chico que me atendió manejaba términos muy avanzados para mi aún cuando le decía que no entendía lo que me explicaba, se sentía mucho el tipo y te ve como poca cosa, hasta que le dije sabes que das un pésimo servicio y me intenté ir fue como me empezó a explicar con más humildad. Obviamente no compre nada ahí, fui a Telcel y compré el IPhone Xs que le hubiera comprado a él si hubiera sido más amable y humilde. TERRIBLE SERVICE! NOT RECOMMENDED. Es decepcionante que intentes adquirir un producto de la marca y que la gente en esa tienda ni siquiera haga el esfuerzo por intentar conectar con las personas. Merecen estar vacíos como siempre lo están. Terrible, no service or customer service. No one in that store cares about serving the customer. It's disappointing when you try to buy a branded product and people in that store don't even make the effort to try to connect with people. They deserve to be empty as they always are.
