Descaso com o cliente. Saí da loja sem um produto em condições e não me devolveram o dinheiro. Alegaram que o caixa já havia fechado gerando transtorno para mim na hora e ainda terei que voltar amanhã na loja para pegar meu dinheiro. Não resolveram meu problema e ainda geraram outro. Péssima experiência. O GERENTE NÃO REPRESENTA O ESTILO DE SERVIÇO E ATENDIMENTO APPLE. Primeira vez que tenho uma péssima experiência com a apple. Vou ligar para o sac e encaminhar e-mail com a reclamação formalizada.
Customer neglect. I left the store without a product in good condition and they did not refund my money. They claimed that the cashier had already closed, causing me trouble at the time and I still have to go back to the store tomorrow to get my money. They didn't solve my problem and still generated another one. Bad experience. THE MANAGER DOES NOT REPRESENT THE APPLE STYLE OF SERVICE AND SERVICE. First time I have a bad experience with apple. I will call the sac and forward an email with the formalized complaint.

Does not even merit one star We wait 2 hours to get someone with 2 legs, 2 arms and a head to take our mobile to a room, He comes back with the phone charges us and hands us the phone with the screen loose. We show him the loose screen and he goes back to his little room. Comes back with a broken screen and hands us the phone. No apology, no reason, no explanation. We stare, he stares, we ask what happened........Something in his head moves and says... "it broke". That's it folks!!!!I NOTHING. I ask to speak with the manager ..............the same things in his head move and says ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,he is not here. No eye contact, no reimbursement NOTHING I find the manager who says '"he can not help me because it is a tech issue" Apple should be ashamed to allow these things with 2 legs and 2 arms and a head to use their logo. I Needed to have the police intervine in my behalf to get the phone back. Not working with a repaired screen and 6 days latter.

Oh my gosh!!! If I could give this store a negative number I would! Walked in just now. I am 57. I am well dressed. This is a store next to Prada, Louis Vitton, etc. One man approaches me and I say hello, English because my Spanish is so so and most everyone in the stores here speaks English. He literally walked away from me! I am now looking at him 15ft away and ask him can you help me. He barely says yes. I ask if he speaks English and he says no. I ask him if anyone in the store speaks English, and mind you there are 20+ employees in this store. And he says no and walks away! Amazing for such terrible, terrible service especially in a part of Mexico that prides itself on service. We have been coming to this area for 10years now. Almost to a place we have been treated with politeness and smiles. This is a first. Highly recommend you do not use this store!!! This is NOT what Apple service is about. This is NOT what Apple wants for its users!!

We went to buy an iPad charger. The staff that works in the morning connected the new charger as per our request we saw that it was charging fine and they disconnected it saying....oh your battery is dead you need to buy new iPad. So we left...We came back in the afternoon the morning employees were gone and we tried the charger and it worked well so we bought it. Our iPad works great they try hard to make you buy ipad instead of a charger. The 2 stars are for the afternoon shift which were slightly better. Keep in mind their sneaky selling tactics, in general I do not recommend this place.

iShop specializes in Apple products: iPhones, Apple watches, iPads, covers etc., etc. My phone took a dump while here and I needed an excuse to upgrade, so it turned out that in Cancun, this is the best place to buy a new Apple phone (more expensive than in the USA, but less expensive than in Brazil). They had the model I wanted in the color I wanted with the memory that I wanted. I walked in, bought the phone, the cover and the screen protector and was out of the store in about 15 minutes, maximum. Right next door in Liverpool (a Mexican department store), you can apply to get a refund of the Mexican taxes they charge. This was a painless and quick process and I was very happy.

Loved the customer service but highly disappointed on the product I purchased yesterday. Since I needed a new charging cable I went in to buy one. Today I’m opening the product and find that the cable looks as if someone else had already previously used it. Then I find it also has nicks. And worse of all I find that the product might not even be original. The box itself says the product is made in Vietnam but a sticker at the bottom placed by the store says the products is imported from China.
