Llame para asegurar si tenian el iphone 13 en inventario y dijeron que si en 3 colores, llega uno a tienda y resulta que no lo tienen esta agotado y para el colmo confunden los modelos me querian vender un iphone 13 de 64GB. Asi tal cual.
Aver a quien se lo venden porque no sabia que existía ese modelo, no vuelvo a esa tienda nunca.
 Poor attention from employees
I called to make sure if they had the iPhone 13 in stock and they said that if in 3 colors, one arrives at the store and it turns out that they don't have it, it's out of stock and to top it off they mix up the models, they wanted to sell me a 64GB iPhone 13. As is well.
Let's see who they sell it to because I didn't know that model existed, I never go back to that store.

actitud incompetente y nada servicial, fui por accesorios para mi computadora y primero me dieron un precio que no era el real, después me mostraron modelos que no eran de mi equipo y me quisieron vender una funda rayada, cuando me negué retiraron la funda de mi computadora de muy mala gana y de forma bruta (temí por mi laptop).
Yo amo los productos de apple, pero hoy salí muy decepcionada y con muy mal sabor de boca.
no atiendan a este local, es por su bien.

incompetent attitude and not helpful at all, I went for accessories for my computer and first they gave me a price that was not the real one, then they showed me models that were not from my computer and they wanted to sell me a scratched cover, when I refused they removed the cover from my computer very reluctantly and crudely (I feared for my laptop).
I love apple products, but today I left very disappointed and with a very bad taste in my mouth.
Do not attend this place, it is for your own good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio por parte de los empleados, estaba por comprar un iPhone. De repente se le ocurrió al gerente cerrar su tienda a las 17:30. Tuve un problema con mi tarjeta, necesitaba activarla en un cajero automático no quisieron esperar ni 5 min a pesar de que su horario indica cierre a las 20:00.
Bad service from employees, I was about to buy an iPhone. Suddenly it occurred to the manager to close his store at 17:30. I had a problem with my card, I needed to activate it at an ATM, they did not want to wait even 5 minutes despite the fact that their hours indicate closing at 20:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, iba a cambiar mi teléfono por otro y me dijeron q no se podía por una falla en la cámara … fui a otro ishop y sin problema lo cambiaron … además de eso no lo recomiendo por la muy mala atención que tuvieron conmigo
Terrible attention, I was going to change my phone for another and they told me that it couldn't be done due to a fault in the camera... I went to another ishop and they changed it without any problem... besides that I don't recommend it because of the very bad attention they had with me

Lo que nunca espere que pasara y me pasó, salieron defectuosos, no servían, no se conectaban y no los detectaba ningún telefono a menos que el estuche estuviera conectado a la luz, bueno, total, al día siguiente fui a la tienda para ver que podía hacer, el personal fue muy amable, me atendieron bien, y me cambiaron los audífonos por unos nuevos sin problemas.
Estoy muy satisfecho, al principio me estrese un poco por que nunca me había pasado que algún producto de Apple tuviera defectos pero todo se arreglo sin problemas.
