★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio en general. Te atienden de malas. Llevé unos AirPods por garantía y se tardan mucho tiempo en atenderte tanto físicamente como por teléfono. Me mandaron correo de que ya habían hecho el diagnóstico y que no tenía que pagar nada pero ya cuando fui físicamente a la tienda a recogerlos Me cambiaron la historia y no quisieron hacer válida la garantía, yo tenía que pagar una reparación de 2177, que casualidad que los dos AirPods fallaron al mismo tiempo y solo uno de ellos entró en garantía y el otro no, no tiene sentido. Y se volvieron a tardar mucho tiempo en reponerme el AirPod que si entro en garantía. En general la experiencia es mala en esta tienda. Todos te atienden mal y de malas.

Fuera de la tardanza todo estuvo bien. Buena sala de exhibición y variedad en productos mac y bose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal de iShop Mixup situada en el interior de la plaza comercial Latitud Puerta La Victoria, no es la mejor en su clase, pero tampoco la peor, digamos que es promedio en todo aspecto: variedad, atención, promociones, etc. Sus instalaciones son cómodas aunque no muy amplias. En general, bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se me permitió el paso. Sin explicación alguna del vigilante se me hizo a un lado y no se me permitió la entrada. Mientras, otras personas que llegaban al lugar sí eran atendidas. El local estaba casi vacío, así que no era contención para prevenir contagios COVID como lo marca la SSA. Lamentable caso de discriminación en pleno siglo XXI. Al final, ni siquiera tenían el cable USB de 2M que necesitaba para mi iPhone, el cual pude adquirir con muchísima mayor comodidad en Sanborns que está enfrente de tan lamentable iShop que al parecer, no tienen nada: Ni educación, ni mercancía.
